Greetings friends – after many requests for an Update to Our fathers-house and its activities I have prepared this report to inform you what has been happening as we seek to equip leaders to reach a world that is in desperate need of Jesus Christ. Many requests asking for teaching resources are continual, from which I prepare study specific to a need along with releasing our Teaching manuals to support Pastors and
Leaders with their calling to reach out to the World and Build Churches.
We receive requests for financial support which we are unable to provide. I have outlined a specific need in Uganda which I ask you to consider and respond to where possible. I trust you enjoy reading this update of our activities – should you wish to partner with Our f athers-house then we would love to hear from you.
Our fathers-house continues to be active in sharing the Word of God across many Nations; some of these include Australia, India, Pakistan, Uganda, Kenya, Shi Lanka, Pacific Islands, PNG the Philippines and others that we don’t always hear about until they have a specific need.
Our vision has always been to provide teaching resources, support, advice and counsel to equip ministries for the present and the future – we are not a financial resource centre, though at times there are ‘genuine’ (critical) needs that we have funded from personal finances!
We receive requests for online ministry, mentoring, counsel and teaching materials, we provide weekly teaching which presently circulates to 500 plus Churches across Nations uploaded every Tuesday:

We have a library of teaching Videos on a variety of topics available for personal use and to circulate - having our own U-Tube channel means these teachings are available in the future for all generations!
Vision - our activities are spread far and wide with two scriptural principles in mind;
Cast Your Bread upon the Waters
Ecclesiastes 11:1 Cast your bread upon the waters, For you will find it after many days. 2 Give a serving to seven, and also to eight, For you do not know what evil will be on the earth. 3 If the clouds are full of rain, They empty themselves upon the earth; And if a tree falls to the south or the north, In the place where the tree falls, there it shall lie. 4 He who observes the wind will not sow, And he who regards the clouds will not reap.
Mark 4:8 But other seed fell on good ground and yielded a crop that sprang up, increased and produced: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred." 9 And He said to them, "He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"
Vision and activity
Mentoring Pastors – presently we mentor Pastors from Uganda, India, Pakistan and Shi Lanka – these are one on one sessions, at times as a collective group in a Church gathering or Leadership equipping seasons!
We provide, as a gift Teaching Manuals and resources to Pastors and Leaders to many of these Countries to help with teaching and equipping their people. Some of the manuals are available from Our Fathers-house web site should you wish to access them – a number of sets of manuals have been given to Pastors to support their teaching needs. https://www.fathers.house/online-store
We provide counselling and advice to several Church pastors and Leaders to the above named countries - this is ongoing – example: this week we were called by an Evangelist from Pakistan asking to speak to us re ministering to him and his Church – once in contact, he advised that he wanted us to come on line to his church (in15 minutes time) – he gathered his people then called back, requesting encouragement and prayer (become common requests)
Our fathers-house – Prayer, will you pray with us - prayer is the power behind the preaching of the Gospel – we have prayer supporters, however I am asking if you would join in – requests and opportunities are continual – many Pastors are living amidst violence, false gods, witchcraft, religious and government opposition to their work – while we believe with them for God’s intervention they have to face the reality of every day ‘push back’ - breakthrough prayer is needed.
We ask for your prayer for Judith and me - for health, strength and continued anointing and revelation of the Word of God in preparing ongoing teaching and resources to equip ministries and their Churches!
Equipment is an ongoing need as we seek to keep up to date with office, recording and technical upgrades.
Financially - we presently receive some financial support for Our fathers-house Vision and our needs – I am asking if you would consider joining with us financially to support the ongoing ministry and vision.
Genuine Mission Need – Uganda – Can you help?
Pastor James, his wife and 3 children have been pioneering and establishing a local Church – James has started a small bible school and discipleship program in his region (using our materials) to equip people with the Word of God – He has recently extended himself to be a leader over 100 churches – our teaching goes out to them all.
We have supported and mentored this pastor and his family over the past 2 years, in different ways – presently they are facing a financial need which we are unable to meet - $2,000 NZ. As a family they have to find accommodation from the 20th July ‘24 – their landlord has asked them vacate the premises they are in by then - over the past years they have made bricks themselves, enough to build a structure for a house but unable to finish it – they need to put a roof on the house so they can move into it – this is the opportunity we want to share with you - on their behalf I am asking if you could consider supporting this need ($2,000 NZ for the roof – when this is provided they have a local lending facility that will provide a loan of another $2,000 – in total is $4,000). They have been working, planting corn, tomatoes and other crops for their income but now have to look for other land to continue – the land they have been using has been sold.
Australia trip.
We are booked to travel to Melbourne Australia in September-October to conduct a wedding for one of our granddaughters and provide ministry support to a church needing input. This is also a time for us to catch up with family across Melbourne – we would sure appreciate your prayers for this trip – for health, Judith’ s knee (very troublesome) and ministry (insight) to advance the church.
Re Judiths Knee is a real concern for us - we are waiting for an appointment with an Orthopaedic surgeon to consider options – our local Pastors wife prayed for Judith’s (left) knee 2 years ago which saw her recover and require no operation which was planned, she was all dressed for surgery when the surgeon further examined her and advised ‘not to go ahead’ – Judith has experience healing – however the present situation is her right knee is in constant pain with restrictive walking and limited movement!
